Dual Role Opportunity – Cleaning & Security

📍 The Promenades Shopping Centre, Bridlington
💼 Full-time | Permanent | £12.60 per hour
🕒 Minimum 37.5 hours per week (with overtime available)

Are you reliable, flexible, and looking for a varied role with real responsibility? We’re recruiting a Dual Role Operative to join our team at The Promenades Shopping Centre in Bridlington.

What You’ll Do:
Maintain the site to the highest cleaning standards (as per agreed specification)

Keep the building secure and ensure customer safety in line with SIA guidelines

Hold a keyholder position — full training provided

Work across a flexible rota between 8am–7pm, 4 days a week minimum

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Deliver exceptional cleaning standards
✅ Work safely in line with Health & Safety procedures
✅ Use equipment responsibly and report faults promptly
✅ Wear issued PPE at all times
✅ Handle cleaning substances responsibly (COSHH awareness preferred)
✅ Support our security operations — SIA licence (DS or MG) required, or willingness to train
✅ Ensure visible signage when cleaning (e.g. wet floor signs)
✅ Provide excellent customer service and communication

Who We’re Looking For:

Experience in cleaning or security (ideal but not essential — training provided)

Holds a current SIA licence (DS or MG) or willing to obtain one

Knowledge of COSHH regulations is an advantage

Strong work ethic and team player

Customer-focused with great communication skills

Flexible and dependable
